The meat toppings on our pizzas come from Lucana Salumi – in Picerno, our family’s home town.
It’s no secret that we only use high-quality ingredients on our pizzas. For our meat toppings, we have a very special partner at our side: Lucana Salumi from Picerno – the town in Basilicata where our family comes from, too.
Lucana Salumi was founded in 1969. We share not only the same roots but also the same traditions. We visit their production site regularly and are given insights reserved for partners and close confidants.
We’re wholly convinced of their quality – and numerous certifications bear this out, including the internationally recognised BRC and IFS standards, which set high benchmarks for food worldwide.
